Q. Where are your items made? 

Each item you receive from cat o'neal is cut, sewn, assembled, and shipped out from my studio just south of Nashville in Franklin, TN.
Q. How do I care for my items? 
FOBSKEYS - All items, with the exception of Fobskeys with ribbon and lace trim, may be machine washed. It is best to place the items in a lingerie bag, if possible, before washing on delicate and taking your items out to air dry. Fobskeys with ribbon and lace trim need to be spot cleaned only.

Q. What is your shipping time? 
I ship orders out every Tuesday and Friday unless shipping times are listed different in the banner at the top of the homepage.  Please message me if you have any questions or need it out sooner. Most times I am able to accommodate.

All orders are shipped via USPS.
Q. How much does shipping cost? 
Retail orders within the U.S. have a flat shipping rate of $3.97. Fill up that cart!  Orders of $30+ include complimentary shipping. No code needed!
Q. What is your return policy? 
I hope you are 100% happy with your order from cat o'neal designs! If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please CONTACT ME within 3 days of delivery. I am happy to process returns of unused products (excluding shipping costs). You will be provided a shop credit to use as you'd like once your original purchase has safely returned back to my studio. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping and the original shipping charges will not be refunded. Final-sale and customized items cannot be returned. Masks are final sale and cannot be returned.

Q. What about international orders?
International Orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail. This offers tracking and approximately 7-10 days in transit. If you would like to add insurance to your order, please email us to do so: hello@shopcatoneal.com

International orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These funds are not paid to cat o'neal nor are they set by cat o'neal rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations.

We do not refund for lost packages. Please consider adding insurance to your package.

We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.

We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.

Packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by the customer in legal accordance with international postal regulations.

We do not mark packages as a gift.

To falsify the amounts paid or the contents of the package on customs forms could lead to hefty fines that our tiny little business would not be able to handle. We absolutely love what we do and will not engage in any practices that would jeopardize our ability to continue doing what we love.  Thanks in advance for your understanding.

Q. Do you offer gift cards? 
I do! You can find them in the top navigation bar of the homepage.
Q. Can I send a Fobskey as a gift? 
Absolutely! Just make sure to include all of their information in the correct shipping fields. I am happy to include a personalized note with your order if you are sending it as a gift. You can type your message in the Notes section when checking out. I will make sure not to include an invoice with charges.
